Mr. Suresh G. Kare, Chairman of Indoco Remedies Ltd., has been at the helm of the Company’s affairs for over 60 years. Under his able leadership, the Company has transformed into the fully integrated, research oriented pharma organisation, that it is today. Mr. Kare has a technical background and is well respected by the industry for his acute business acumen and vision. His passion for arts, sports and social service contributes to his multi-faceted personality. Under his stewardship, Indoco has achieved innumerable milestones. Mr. Kare’s vast pharmaceutical experience and passion for excellence is the key to the Company’s sustained growth. He has been the President of the Indian Drug Manufacturers’ Association (IDMA) and has significantly contributed to the growth of the Indian pharmaceutical industry.
Ms. Aditi Kare Panandikar
Managing Director
Ms. Aditi Kare Panandikar is the Managing Director of Indoco Remedies Ltd., a research-driven, global pharmaceutical company. With a strong blend of business acumen and techno-commercial expertise, she has been instrumental in shaping Indoco’s strategic direction, driving innovation and expanding the company’s footprint across international markets.
A Pharmacy graduate with a Master’s in Pharmaceutical Administration from The Ohio State University, USA, Ms. Panandikar has also done in-depth studies in Patent Law & Practices, reinforcing Indoco’s stronghold in Regulated Markets. Under her leadership, Indoco has evolved into a US$ 180 million company with 11 world-class manufacturing facilities, an R&D centre in Navi Mumbai and a Clinical Research Organisation in Hyderabad, catering to global markets. The Company has approvals from top regulatory authorities, including USFDA, UK-MHRA, EUGMP and Health Canada.
Before being appointed as the Managing Director, Ms. Panandikar successfully led various key functions at Indoco, including Domestic Marketing – Formulations, API Business, Human Resources, Technical (R&D & QA) and Business Development (International).
Her strategic foresight has led Indoco to expand its global presence through an acquisition of US-based FPP Holding Company, LLC, a move that reinforces Indoco’s position as a key player in the highly competitive US generic market.

Ms. Panandikar is an active participant in industry forums and panel discussions, addressing emerging challenges and opportunities in the pharma industry. She was recently appointed as the Hon. General Secretary of the Indian Drug Manufacturers’ Association (IDMA).

Mr. Sundeep V. Bambolkar
Jt. Managing Director
A Pharma professional with over 40 years’ experience in the industry, across various functions such as Finance, Operations, Purchase, Projects and International Business.
A Science graduate with a Master’s degree in Business Administration from the Mumbai University. He is also a Diploma holder in Entrepreneurship Management.
As Jt. Managing Director he is overall responsible for all Manufacturing as well as Supply Chain Operations for Formulation Business, Finance and allied functions; as well as the International Business.
He is amongst several eminent and senior executives across various businesses in India to have undergone a Global Advanced Management Programme jointly conducted by the Indian School of Business (ISB) at Hyderabad in India and the Kellogg Business School at Chicago in USA.
At Kellogg, he was familiarized with new Management thoughts, Ideas and also had an opportunity to meet and draw from the knowledge of several eminent Management Gurus including Philip Kotler and Deepak Jain, the then Dean of The Kellogg Business School.
Sundeep V. Bambolkar has been with the group since 1982. He was appointed as Jt. Managing Director of Indoco from February’2012, prior to this he was a Board Member with responsibilities of Finance, Operations and International Business.
Recipient of an award in the category ‘Winning Edge in Cost Management’ initiated by CFO 100 Institute, 9.9 media for two consecutive years, 2011 & 2012. Mr. Bambolkar has also been nominated as the Member of the Board of Governors National Institute of Technology, Goa (NITG), as a State Nominee.
